Mills Named CC Offensive Player of the Week
LANCASTER, Pa. -- Swarthmore sophomore midfielder Elizabeth Mills was selected as the Centennial Conference Offensive Player of the Week announced Monday, Sept. 8.
Mills (San Diego, Calif. / The Bishop’s School) scored both goals in a 2-0 victory over Albright on Sept. 5. She leads the team with four goals this season, a career-best.
The Swarthmore women’s soccer team opened the 2008 season with three consecutive victories, including two against opponents that reached the Division III NCAA Tournament last season.
